Luxzline.co.uk acts solely as an intermediary agent for third-party transport service providers.
The contract for the provision of transport services is formed between you (“the Client”) and the third-party service provider (the “Driver”). By making a booking through Luxzline.co.uk, you enter into a direct contractual agreement with the Driver.
All reservations are subject to availability of vehicles and transport providers at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellations made more than 36 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No charge (0%).
Cancellations made between 36 and 24 hours before pickup: No charge (0%).
Cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup: 100% of the booking price will be charged.
Changes are not permitted within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time. In such cases, the Driver may charge the full fare or require additional payment to reschedule.
If the Client is unable to use the service due to a missed, delayed, cancelled, or rescheduled flight, or any other unforeseen circumstance, this will be treated as a cancellation within 12 hours. Luxzline.co.uk accepts no liability for additional costs incurred. A new booking must be made if transport is still required.
The quoted price includes one standard suitcase or bag per passenger seat (maximum combined dimensions of 158cm: length + width + height per item).
All luggage must be declared at the time of booking.
Small personal items (e.g., handbags, laptop bags) that fit in the passenger footwell do not need to be declared.
Additional, undeclared, oversized, or bulky luggage may incur extra charges.
The Client will be liable for any additional vehicle required due to undeclared excess luggage.
Passengers are responsible for loading and unloading their own luggage unless assistance is provided at the Driver’s discretion.
Luxzline.co.uk accepts no liability for loss or damage to luggage.
Any deviation from the agreed journey may incur additional charges.
Waiting time may be charged at the Driver’s discretion.
Clients are responsible for allowing sufficient time for time-sensitive journeys, accounting for traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Airport Transfers: Clients should schedule arrival at least 2 hours 30 minutes prior to flight departure. UK airports generally recommend a minimum of 2 hours before departure.
Train/Bus Transfers: Clients should plan to arrive at least 45 minutes before departure.
Luxzline.co.uk accepts no responsibility for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
If the booked vehicle is more than 10 minutes late, the Client must contact the Driver immediately to assess and resolve the situation.
Luxzline.co.uk is not liable for any costs resulting from vehicle delays.
For airport pickups:
International flights: 75 minutes waiting time from the last known estimated landing time.
Domestic flights: 45 minutes waiting time from the last known estimated landing time.
If a flight number is provided, we will monitor the flight and adjust pickup accordingly. If not provided, the specified booking time will apply.
Additional waiting time fees may apply beyond the allocated period.
Airport parking charges, seaport fees, and train terminal parking fees are payable by the Client unless explicitly included in the booking confirmation.
Passengers must:
Wear seatbelts at all times.
Comply with all customs and legal requirements.
Refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol, or playing music without permission.
Avoid disorderly, abusive, or unsafe behaviour.
The Driver reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger behaves in a threatening, abusive, intoxicated, or unsafe manner. In such cases, cancellation fees may apply.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. Cleaning or repair charges, plus an £80 loss-of-earnings fee, may be applied for soiling or damage.
Passengers must inform Luxzline.co.uk at the time of booking if travelling with an animal.
Animals must be properly secured in an appropriate carrier. Failure to notify may result in cancellation upon arrival.
Guide dogs are exempt and permitted at all times.
Children under 12 years of age may not travel unaccompanied.
Minors aged 12 and over may travel alone in exceptional circumstances with prior notification and parental/guardian consent.
Luxzline.co.uk accepts no additional responsibility for unaccompanied minors.
Payment must be made via credit or debit card unless otherwise agreed.
An administration fee of up to 6.5% may apply.
Additional charges may apply for:
Larger vehicles (more than three passengers)
Route changes or additional stops
Christmas period bookings
Excess waiting time
Airport parking
Prepaid bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Luxzline.co.uk shall not be liable for:
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Loss of business, profits, anticipated savings, or indirect or consequential loss.
Acts or omissions of subcontracted service providers, to the extent permitted by law.
Items left in vehicles.
Claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the incident.
We shall not be deemed in breach of contract for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic incidents, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
These Terms apply to all bookings made via website, telephone, or WhatsApp.
By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.
Luxzline.co.uk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
We may subcontract services at our discretion.
Any invalid provision shall not affect the remainder of these Terms.
Any notice must be provided in writing via email or registered post.
Third parties have no rights under these Terms.
